Terms and Conditions of Use

Effective date: October 15, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Downloader Pro (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the App and stop using it.

1. Acceptance

Using Downloader Pro means you expressly accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional documents incorporated by reference.

2. Service Description

Downloader Pro provides tools to manage downloads, organize files, protect content in a private folder, and sync preferences through Downloader Cloud. The App is designed for personal and educational use.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of your legal guardians.
  • You need a compatible Android device and Internet access.
  • If an account is required, you guarantee that the information provided is truthful, complete, and up to date.

4. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials and the private vault PIN confidential.
  • You must notify us immediately about unauthorized access or security breaches.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App in compliance with the law and these Terms, avoiding the following conduct:

  • Downloading, distributing, or storing copyright-protected content without authorization.
  • Circumventing security, encryption, or DRM measures implemented by third parties.
  • Using the App for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Reverse engineering, modifying, decompiling, or creating derivative works of the software.
  • Transmitting malware, spam, or content that violates applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for the content you download. Downloader Pro does not support or authorize illegal activity or violations of third-party terms.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own. All other rights remain with us.

7. User Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you manage with the App.
  • You grant Downloader Pro a limited license to process and sync your data when you enable Downloader Cloud.
  • You must have all necessary permissions to use the relevant content.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate services such as Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google AdMob, and third-party APIs. Each service has its own terms and policies. By using them, you agree to those external conditions.

9. Advertising and In-App Purchases

  • Downloader Pro may display ads (including rewarded ads) or promotional content.
  • Certain features may require subscriptions or purchases. Prices and conditions will appear before payment.
  • Purchases are subject to the policies of the store where you downloaded the App.

10. Updates

We may release automatic updates to improve security, fix bugs, or add features. By continuing to use the App you agree to install these updates.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption, be secure, or remain error-free.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Downloader Pro, its developers, and affiliates from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms, if we receive a legal order, or for maintenance. You can end the relationship by uninstalling the App and requesting deletion of your data.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by the laws of your country of residence or, failing that, the laws of the country where the developer is located. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you through the App or in this document. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
